The Sinulog 2013 Grand Parade was formally opened by Cebu City Mayor Mike Rama starting at around 9:00 AM. Various contingents from different cities and municipalities within the Province and nearby provinces graced the celebration.
There are forty contingents in which eight of them came from outside of Cebu. They showcased their performance at the Cebu City Sports Center (CCSC). Aside from the Grand Parade participants, colorful and creative floats and mascot also took part in the parade.

Artists from three of the largest networks in the Philippines, ABS-CBN, GMA-7 and TV 5 have graced the grandest festival in Cebu.
An estimated 4 to 5 millions revelers and tourists attended the Grand Parade. The winners of the Grand Parade were listed below.
