Miss Janine Tugonon of the Philippines showcased the tradition “terno” during the parade of nations wearing a tribal-inspired national costume.
The Philippine delegate to the prestigious Miss Universe 2012 was wearing a silver see-through, tribal-inspired dress, matched with a maroon sash during the National Costume show.
Miss Janine was also wearing a crown and a long veil during the event held at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Las Friday Janine was presented together with the other eighty-eight contestant during the preliminary competition of the 61st Miss Universe pageant.
