The countries largest domestic air carrier, Cebu Pacific Air, brought once again the lowest air fare given by any airlines for its domestic and international flights, as part of their Halloween celebrations.
The Seat Sale period starts on October 29, up to October 31, 2012 or until the availability of seats. Travel period will start from June 1 to December 15, 2013
