Two scrabble fanatics who happens to be best friend made an astonishing achievement by topping a million points after nearly 50 years.
Celia Simms and Joan Dungay, both 75, have achieved a stunning combined score of 1,233,592 in the cl(–foul word(s) removed–)ic word game after a staggering 47 years playing it together.
Celia and Joan Dungay have been best friends since they were just 14 years.Ā Ā BothĀ started playing Scrabble together in 1965.
According to Celia and Joan they make a list of their scores since playing the game and decided it was to have a quick time to record and to count it up.
