One of the Philippines’ clothing brand Bayo received a racist remarks after they posted some of their models on their “What Your Mix?” ad campaign. The ad campaign which was posted earlier on Bayo Official Facebook page were already deleted.
The ad contained the following statement “This is just all about mixing and matching. Nationalities, moods, personalities and of course your fashion pieces. Call it biased, but the mixing and matching of different nationalities with Filipino blood is almost a sure formula for someone beautiful and world cl(–foul word(s) removed–)” as stated by the ad.
The controversial racist ad campaign by Bayo drew huge criticisms among netizens, the photos even reached the desks of the world’s most popular social media news website, Mashable.
