Megaworld Corporation and SVP of Marketing Noli Hernandez undergoes examination in the senate today as one of the witness for the controversial deal involving Chief Justice Renato Corona.
The Megaworld, a company owned by CEO Andrew Tan was involved in a deal regarding the Bellagio Condominium Unit. Noli Hernandez is one of the witness for the prosecution team in the on-going Chief Justice Renato Corona impeachment proceedings.
During the examination Noli Hernandez stated that he is not aware that the Chief Justice Corona was the owner of the property that was being sold.
The Megaworld Senior Vice President Noli Hernandez seat as the 10th witness instead of Benito Cataran of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Mr. Hernandez clarifies during one of his testimonies that he the P10 Million price reduction was given to Corona without expecting something in return.
