For the past few days there were countless searches regarding the photo of the alleged baby of Justin Bieber with one of her fans, a Californian girl named Maria Yeater. Allegations circulated around the internet that Justin Bieber fathered a child named Tristyn Anthony Yeater.
A lawsuit against Justin Bieber was filed by Maria Yeater and a court date was slated on December 15. Miss Yeater had also requested the court to invite Justin Bieber for a paternity test. All Maria Yeater wanted was “to provide adequate support” for her three-month-old who was born on July 6.
Justin Bieber denied the allegations that he fathered a child with Maria Yeater. The legal counsel of the teen pop superstar were denying the issues. Meanwhile Bieber’s spokesman had issued a statement on Wednesday regarding the issue.
The spokesman was quoted as saying that “While we haven’t yet seen the lawsuit, it’s sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims.
“We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations.” the spokesman said.
