Singer Taylor Swift is planning to file a lawsuit case against a website who posted a said to be topless photo of the singer.
Just like the other big names in showbiz, Taylor Swift is now facing a malicious accusation against her that could destroy her entire image.
The 21 years old Taylor Swift has been famous for her conservative and lady like image to the public thus many were in shocked with the news and the topless photos posted in the site.
According to the legal experts of Swift, they are demanding the site Celeb Jihad to remove the said news and photo of Taylor Swift which is ruining the reputation and image of the singer.
Swift’s legal experts strongly claim that the photos were false (–foul word(s) removed–)ographic images and they are giving a warning over the site to take down those photos and news or else they will face a lawsuit for trademark infringement.
However, the site did not responded over the warning given by Taylor’s side rather they have posted a blind item that the famous singer is starting a war against them due to the leaked pictures.
On the other hand, TMZ who is trying follow up the news said that they were trying to get the side of Taylor with regards to the action done by Celeb Jihad site but they have not responded.
Despite the controversies that Taylor Swift is facing, she is still doing her job well after she appeared in the launching of her new perfume at Nashville-area last Friday. Her sold out Speak Now tour is also ongoing.
