Actress- host Anne Curtis breaks her silence and said that her achievements in the past 14 years in the showbiz industry proves that she is more than just a pretty face.
In her interview in the Sunday talk show “The Buzz”, Anne said that her journey in the entertainment industry was not that easy, she admitted that she had to sacrifice other things and strive more to achieve her dream.
But on the other hand, Anne is thankful that she was able to enter showbiz and added that she has learned a lot of valuable things from this institution and to the people whom she worked with in the past 14 years.
According to Curtis, she has received a lot of criticisms and negative feedbacks before but then she made it as her inspiration to strive harder and become a better actress.
She really tried her best to coup up with Filipino style of living and has proven to the public that she can speak straight tagalong despite that she is a “balikbayan actress”.
Anne who is a half Filipino half Australian Actress started to enter showbiz back when she was 12 years old. She was first seen in the movie “Magic Kingdom” where she played the role of a princess.
Proving her fame and influence to the public is her latest movie “No Other Woman” with Derek Ramsay and Cristine Reyes which is now considered as a box office movie with more than 200 million earnings in less than 2 weeks.
Recently, Anne Curtis released her first ever album entitled “Anne-bisyosa” which is now gaining its success in all record bars nationwide. In one of her album tour, 345 copies were sold in just two hours.
Anne thanked all the people who supported her for 14 years and those persons who believed in her talent and skills as an actress, host and now a certified singer.
