In search for the former village captain identified to be Noel Ayalin who recently murdered several barangay officials in Silay City, Negros Occidental, a cash reward worth P500,000 awaits for anyone who could give a hint towards his arrest.

The said amount will separately be given as an additional reward for anyone who will give information of where Ayalin is currently located. Such idea was brought to the Department Of Interior and Local Government (DILG) through the recommendation given by Senior Superintendent Allan Guisihan.

Meanwhile, it is Negros Occidental Governor Alfredo Marañon Jr who made an offer to bestow the P500, 000.00 cash reward for purpose of faster captivity of the ex-Barangay Captain Noel Ayalin.

As a review of Ayalin’s case, it was on March 6 of this year that he gunshot four village officials of Barangay Kapitan Ramon in Silay City. Such crime led to death of the four officials leaving three others injured.

With that, Ayalin as the suspect is accused of cases for multiple murder and frustrated murder as well. The court is now ready to file the case against Ayalin.

At present, Noel Ayalin is now in line with the Top 10 most wanted person in the province of Negros Occidental, Philippines according to Guisihan.

This additional P500, 000.00 cash reward still waits for the final approval of the DILG given that there is a P500, 000.00 reward that is provided by the Philippine National Police for every manhunt operation conducted nationwide.

Further investigation as stated by Guisihan says that Ayalin is still hiding somewhere in the local province of Negros Occidental in which reports said that he is currently under the protection of unidentified bandits.

Joining forces of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) along with the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) is still on-going as an operation conducted for the immediate arrest of the former Barangay Captain.

Even the Silay Police Chief Superintendent named Rosauro Francisco is full of hope that Ayalin’s captivity will be happen as soon as possible.
