The Twitter account of the famous news source of the United States called Fox News was reportedly conquered by internet hackers early on Monday. The hackers who may either be just one person or may have been working as a group called themselves to be The Script Kiddies.
Touching the news feeds about politics, it mistakenly tweeted a breaking news on July 4 which said that the US President Barack Obama died.
Such Twitter post was followed by another statement saying that Obama had been killed by means of a gunshot that eventually caused him to have severe wounds.
Even after two hours, the false Tweet was not yet been deleted. At present, the US media, Fox News, undergoes further investigations to seek significant information behind the disturbing posts.
At first, a strange post appeared saying that it had gain an access to both of its Twitter and email account. Next to the said post was the declaration that President Barack Obama was dead.
The media stated that the Fox News Politics is connected with a certain cable news network that leads in the US.
Knowing about those several false tweets, reports identified that the spreading unreal tweets could have been from a certain group.
The lines known to be the “Script Kiddie” was determined to be a slang internet term which made use of a standard hacking technology speculated to have been made by a certain hacking technology.
At present, the reason behind the hacker’s attack against Fox News still remains to be a memorable and significant event as well.
Despite the hacker attack, the Fox News still continues to magnet millions of audiences leading against their news rival.
It was the Lulz Security hackers attacked the same site which was confirmed just last May 2011.
