Wil Panganiban a cinematics artist, at Electronic Arts was a Filipino from Los Angeles, California USA. He was nominated as one of the finalist in an online cartoon contest conducted by TheCartoonistStudio.com.
Will started drawing cartoons earlier during his school days in hopes of attracting a girlfriend but he failed. Despite the setbacks earlier, Wil continues to create stories and characters that he loves and finds funny.
Wil Panganiban was once the artist for Brian Shuster’s comic panel, “Chaos.” It was syndicated by King Features Syndicate. “The New Breed,” which was  syndicated by King Features was also one of his works as a couterpart.
Wil was considered as a leader in the world of Video Games, as a game designer and 3d artist. His first love however, will always be cartooning.
According to the website of www.thecartooniststudio.com their main aim was to bring closer all fans who loved funny little drawings and provide the link for the artists and the fans to communicate through cartoons.
