According to the tour promoter said on Tuesday, the Female rapper ‘Nicki Minaj’ will join Britney Spears on her North American tour this summer, and ending weeks of speculation about the line-up.

Live Nation said, Minaj, 26, is considered one of the hottest young American artists since her “Pink Friday” album in 2010 debut join Spears on her “Femme Fatale” tour starting in June.

Jessie and the Toy Boys of California electro pop band, and the rising Australian twin-sisters Nervo, will also support Spears on the tour to promote her No.1 album released in March.

Spears said in a statement, “This is the Femme Fatale tour and I am thrilled to have Nicki Minaj, Nervo and Jessie and the Toy Boys, join me and get everyone on the dance floor.”

In spite of the report that the heartthrob Enrique Iglesias would not agree to support the tour, but Spears said last month that the pop music singer-songwriter would tour with her.

After the professional and personal meltdown in 2007, Spears has managed to recover her career. Her comeback album ‘Circus’ in 2008 was followed by a sell-out world tour as well as her new single album “Hold It Against me” debuted at No.1 on the Billboard singles charts in January.
