Lindsay Lohan reacts as she faces charges for theft

Prosecutors will not instantly decide to pursue a potential case for stealing a $2,500 worth necklace to a well-known actress Lindsay Lohan Wednesday in Los Angeles.

According to spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons, the evidence was presented last afternoon as they continue to review her case not confirming when the decision will exactly be given.

It was about a week ago when the police had received a report regarding the lost of the jewelry store’s one of a king necklace,

The store, identified as the Kamofie & Co. is owned by Sofia Kaman. It is one of the custom jewelry stores in Venice. They hurriedly report the lost item on January 22.

Where, the said valuable necklace was turned over to the Los Angeles Police Department right before the detectives could start conducting a search in the home of the troubled actress in Venice, California.

The Los Angeles Police Department had gotten a search warrant on February 1 to look for the necklace at Lindsay Lohan’s residence in Venice.

As the “Mean Girls” star faces charges for possible grand theft, her lawyer who is Chapman Holly was silent about making a response regarding the said issue.

Lohan, 24, is still under probation because of her drunken driving case in 2007. Such allegation has brought forth additional frustrations to the said actress.

She was already in her fifth session in the rehabilitation center that she failed a drug test and was granted to be released from another treatment program earlier.

On February 25, Lohan will again be facing the courts for a probation hearing. The necklace was confirmed that it was taken from Kamofie according to Jeff Kaman, the husband of the storeowner.

It is said that celebrities come usual to visit Kamofie’s Jewelry that even celebrity magazines and various websites have already featured their merchandise.

Several troubles gradually come out in Lohan’s life causing her to expose herself more on courts rather than on big screens at this time. She has been facing many accusations that include two rehab stints, two trips in jail and lawsuits in 2010 alone.

While she was being treated at Betty Ford, her (–foul word(s) removed–) star role in the film Linda Lovelace was being recast.

There is a possibility that she will be returned to jail if the judge will confirm that she had violated her probation.
