This method prefers to be made 2 times per year with 10 days’ gap each. Drink 250 ml of water on an empty stomach every morning.

Saturday

Breakfast: Half a cup of freshly grained blueberries, 250 ml plain water or green/dark tea, 200 ml diet yogurt or almond milk, a cup of oat flakes with added spoonful of linseed.

Lunch: Small banana, two cups salad consist of green, tomato, and arugula, 250 grams of grilled hake, Swiss chard with olive oil and potatoes.

Snack: ¼ cup of pumpkin seeds, apple, 180ml ordinary yogurt.

Dinner:  ½ cup steamed vegetable, 150 grams of grilled tuna, little integral pastry, 2 cups salad with lemon juice and olive oil, and 250 ml of anise tea or water.

Sunday

Breakfast: Pear, green tea, 200 ml almond milk or diet yogurt, and a cup of oat flakes with a spoon of linseed.

Snack: One grapefruit

Lunch: 150 gr of pickle, 200 grams of grilled chicken breasts, and vegetable soup.

Dinner: Nettle tea or lemon juice, beet or carrot salad, and integral pastry.
