Trillanes privilege speech slammed by Senator Allan Cayetano that makes Trillanes like a grade 1 student in his own speech.
In the privilege speech of Senator Antonio “Sonny” Trillanes where he looks like a grade 1 student during their debate of Senator Allan using the doctrine of half-truth theory. On Monday (September 26, 2016) Trillanes have his privilege speech at the senate regarding his allegation to the EJK incident, Senator Cayetano yields some questions to Antonio for interpellation.
Cayetano asked Antonio if Edgar Matobato didn’t understand the questions of National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) agents because the language is English, then he added that NBI Police talked to Edgar in their native language and not in English as a standard rule.
Antonio answered that he don’t have any idea regarding that thing. Allan said again Matobato volunteer to be a state witness and to give all the information that he knew so it is a sworn statement and not a custodial investigation
