Winds within high-pressure areas flow outward from the higher pressure intensifying the heat that we receive from the sun.
The past following weeks, from the hit of typhoon Butchoy, it is still an effect of the surge of the ongoing monsoon break. According to the forecaster said to an interview, the Philippines will be suffering of a quasi-summer weather.
Furthermore, the PAGASA said over an interview,that the chance developing El Nina in the last quarter of 2016 has diminished.
Quezon City Science garden hit the temperature by 34.2 degrees Celsius. Due to the ridge of High Pressure area, the summer heat weather will continue to hit the archipelago for almost a week.
According to Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) it has a possibility of La Niña developing by July-August-September as the tropical Pacific continue to exhibit cooler than average sea surface temperatures.
