The most popular candidate on social media, Mayor Rodrigo Duterte of Davao City who is running for President is still suffering from migraine as confirmed by his close aid. The health condition of Mayor Duterte was also the main reasons why he decided to cancel his scheduled speaking engagement.
Mayor Rodrigo Duterte remained unwell due to migraine and was brought to the hospital for a check-up according to confirmation from Duterte’s camp. The Davao City mayor also suffers from migraine on Thursday and failed to attend a forum of doctors.
According to the PDP-Laban official presidential candidate, Mayor Duterte, his camp already cancelled two scheduled meetings with him, one of the meetings was with the peace advocate in the country and a group of radio operators in Mindanao.
Bong Go, the chief of staff of Mayor Duterte also revealed that the bout of the mayor with migraine is not new. He also revealed that the mayor also suffered migraine last Tuesday but still insisted on attending the proclamation rally of the Duterte-Cayetano tandem in Tondo, Manila.
In an earlier interview, the 70-year-old Duterte admitted that he has health problems but those things doesn’t hinder him from following the Filipino’s call to serve as President of the Philippines. The Duterte-Cayetano tandem also noted that their camp is open to publicly disclosing the medical condition of Mayor Duterte.
