The highly anticipated finale of the country’s top-rating and top-trending topics, “The Voice Kids Philippines,” will start this coming Saturday, July 26, 2014, featuring the Top Four aspiring kid singers vying for the first ever title as “The Voice Kids” ultimate winner.

Coach Sarah Geronimo is the lone coach among the three official coaches of The Voice to have two artists from her team competing in the Final Four of The Voice Kids. Finalist Darrel Espanto and Lyca Gairanod are the two artists under Team Sarah who made it to The Voice Kids Finale.

The 12-year-old Darren Espanto is considered as one the heavy favorite in the competition because of his international experience and being one of the Filipino YouTube sensation. Coach Sarah Geronimo even dubbed Darren as a “world-class, total performer.”
The other member of the Team Sarah who made it to the Final Four of the competition, is the considered as the youngest aspiring singer among the four finalist. The 9-year-old Lyca Gairanod is described by Coach Sarah Geronimo as “the voice of the Filipino m(–foul word(s) removed–).”
Aside from the two aspiring singers from Team Sarah, Coach Lea Salonga is represented by the 10-year-old Darlene Vibares. According to Coach Lea, her bet should win the competition, “because she sets ablaze any stage she is on” with her performances.
Meanwhile Coach Bamboo Manalac of Kamp Kawayan, is represented by the 13-year-old Juan Karlos Labajo, one of the most popular among the kid artists who captured the attentions of The Voice audience because of his charm.
According to Coach Bamboo, Juan Karlos Labajo is incomparable because he makes an emotional connection with the audience.
The last two episodes of “The Voice Kids” which is dubbed by the Kapamilya Channel as “The Final Showdown,” will be held at the Newport Performing Arts Theater in Resorts World Manila. The show will be telecast live on Saturday on July 26 and 27, 2014 at around 6:45 PM on Saturday and on Sunday at around 6:15 PM.
