The controversial reality TV series of Gutierrez family “It Takes GUTZ to Be s Gutierrez” will make its official free TV premiere on Kapatid network TV5 this Saturday July 15, 2014.
The show will feature the lives of the the feisty celebrity talent manager Anabelle Rama and her husband, the veteran actor Eddie Gutierrez including their celebrity sons Richard Gutierrez and Raymond Gutierrez and the actress-model Ruffa Gutierrez. It will also feature the other members of their family and their celebrity friends.
Yesterday, Ruffa Gutierrez posted a photo of the show’s poster in the image-sharing site Instagram to promote the series. “Because more Pinoys want to watch #ittakesgutztobeagutierrez mapapanood nyo na po siya sa @tv5manila & TV5 International starting this Saturday, July 5, 7pm after the PBA Finals! ❤️ please tune in!! #gutzweekend #gutzon5 #insideshowbiz,” she wrote on the caption.
“It Takes GUTZ to Be a Gutierrez” was first aired on the E! Channel on June 1, 2014 and has since making high ratings for E!. It even became as the most watched show of the network after ranking number on its time slot among 80-plus English pay TV channels.
The series became also a much-talked-about show when Richard Gutierrez introduces his son baby Zion with his girlfriend actress Sarah Lahbati for the first time during the pilot episode.
The E! Asia’s first Asian reality television series will air at 7:00 p.m. after the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) finals. It will replace the “Celebrity Dance Battle” whose final episode will be aired tonight July 4, 2014.
