The actress-comedian Ai-Ai delas Alas was annoyed by questions asking her about her estranged friend Kris Aquino. She was also hesitant to give details about their alleged rift.
In an interview with Pep.ph, the country’s “Comedy Queen” said that she was slightly irritated when the press are asking her about the issue with her “Sisterakas” co-star.
Ai-Ai delas Alas does not want to talk about the 43-year-old actress because she does not want to make a big issue out of it and because for her, it is not an important thing to talk to.
“Kaya hindi ko lang sinasagot kasi ayaw ko na palakihin. Pero hindi ibig sabihin nun na ayaw ko siya, galit ako sa kanya, hindi ko siya mahal. Ayaw ko na lang pag-usapan kasi hindi naman kailangan, ” she said.
The 49-year-old star added that it was not a big issue as what others think but as a human, she also gets hurt. She also said that when true emotions are involved in the friendship, people will really get hurt.
“Tao lang ako, nasasaktan din ako. Minsan sabi nga nila, kapag totoong emosyon ‘yung involved sa friendship niyo, masasaktan ka talaga,” she said.
Asked if she is open to reconcile with her long-time friend, Ai-Ai delas Alas simply answered: “Hindi pa ngayon.”
The rift between the Kapamilya stars started when Kris Aquino was not around when Ai-Ai delas was grieving when her mother passed away late last year due to Alzheimer’s disease. She was in the United Kingdom that time together with her family for a short break.
