Kapamilya star Anne Curtis revealed the reasons why she was absent on ABS-CBN’s top-rating noontime show, “It’s Showtime” for three weeks already.
According to the 29-year-old actress host, she is currently busy taping her leading TV series “Dyesebel” and her upcoming movie titled, “The Gifted.”
In an interview with ABS-CBNnews.com, Anne Curtis described her role in her latest movie as “genius.” Her upcoming flick which also stars with Christine Reyes will be directed by Chris Martinez.
Anne Curtis noted that she’s going to portray a one-of-a-kind role on her upcoming movie, “The Gifted” where she will star along with Kapuso star Dingdong Dantes.
The Gifted marks as the fourth movie of the 33-year-old multi-awarded actor under Star Cinema. She held stint in award-winning movies including, “Segunda Mano” and “One More Try” where she won the highly coveted Best Actor award.
Prior to her absence from the noontime program, speculations arise online which hinted the reason why she has been absent on “It’s Showtime” where she co-host.
Anne Curtis hopes that she will be returning on It’s Showtime on Thursday, June 19, 2014.
The Filipino-Australian model is now gearing up for her top-rating television series, “Dyesebel” which continues to dominate in nationwide ratings and was previously listed as one of the most watched TV programs in the country.
The iconic mermaid character created by Mars Ravelo which debuted as ABS-CBN finest series last March also stars with Sam Milby and Gerald Anderson.
