The Pop Star Princess Sarah Geronimo was declared as one of the winner in the 22nd World Music Awards which was held yesterday, May 29, 2014 as announced by the official Facebook Page of WMA. The “Maybe This Time” lead star, Sarah G., added another recognition to her growing lists of international awards.
The 25-year-old Sarah Geronimo won the Best-selling Filipino Artist category, alongside some of the world’s most popular artists who were also declared as winners in their respective categories.
The Awarding Ceremony of the World Music Award 2014 was held last May 27 (US Time) at the Sporting Club in Monte Carlo, Monaco. The event was attended by some of the biggest names in the music industry worldwide.
Other internationally renowned singers such as Ricky Martin, Leona Lewis, Maria Carey, Tinie Tempah, James Arthur and many more attended the awards night recognizing the contributions of singers to the music industry.
The World Music Awards (WMA) recognizes the best-selling recording artists from all over the world, all nominees are selected based on record sales and online voting.
