Ana de Leon of the De La Salle University Green won the 2013 Cheer Dance Samsung Stunner of the Year for the Season 76 of the UAAP Cheer Dance Competiton held on Sunday, September 15, 2013 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.

The third year BS Psychology student, Ana de Leon, won the Cheer Dance Samsung Stunner of the Year. Her team, the De La Salle Animo Squad also won the third prize and P140,000 in cash prize in the CDC garnering a total of 596.5 points.
During an interview with The LaSallian, De Leon was quoted as saying that, “I didn’t really expect it… but I feel overwhelmed and happy to have won it for our team,” De Leon stated.
The La Salle Animo Pep Squad performed their routine with a camouflage outfit, they even used rifle props to the delight of the crowd watching them live at the MOA Arena and those who tuned-in on national TV.
The Samsung Stunner of the Year was prejudged by the board and given to the most charming member of all the pep squads, last year’s winner was given to Nicollete Erica Arambulo of the UP Pep Squad.
