The former boyfriend and live-in partner of Gladys Guevarra, Joselito “Jojo” Diamse files multiple complaint in Violation of R.A. 7610 against the singer and comedian Gladys.

The R.A. 7610 is also known as “Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Eploitation and Discrimination Act.” The complaint against Gladys Guevarra was submitted by Jojo Diamse to (–foul word(s) removed–)istant City Prosecutor Edilu Hayag of the Quezon City Regional Trial Court on Thursday, September 5, 2013.
Jojo Diamse was accompanied by his lawyer Atty. Jocelyn Gerial Gabriel, one of Jojo’s witness is his 12-year-old son named Jomari Curtney Diamse. The former live-in of Gladys Guevara, Jojo Diamse is the musical director of Gladays. They were in a relationship and became live-in partner in more than four years.
The filing of case to Gladys Guevara started during August 23 on early morning at around 5:00, he narrated during an interview with Pep.ph, that his gate was rammed by Guevarra’s car and he was nearly hit by Gladys.
