Three Tarlac police officers were caught on camera beating a civilian and currently making the rounds on the internet as it became viral in different social networking sites.
The video which was first posted on Facebook has been shared thousands of times aside from the negative comments received from angry netizens.
The incident started from a heated arguments between the victim and the three policeman. The policeman were annoyed and pushed the victim against a parked vehicle. The three policemen were caught punching and kicking the victim.
