The second year student of the De La Salle University and member of the Volleyball Varsity Team, Michelle Gumabao was awarded as the Finals MVP for the Season 75 of the UAAP Women’s Volleyball.
The Diamond season of the UAAP especially the women’s volleyball tournament was one of the most popular event in the UAAP which has already a huge followings.
The DLSU Lady Spikers won the ultimate title and made a three-peat performance against their arch-rival Ateneo De Manila University Lady Eagles. The game ended with all three sets dominated by the Lady Spikers.
The Game 2 of the women’s Volleyball Finals ended with the final score at 25-23, 25-20, 25-16.
Aside from the 20-year-old Michelle Gumabao, her team mates namely Ara Galang and Abi Marano were named as Season 75 Women’s Volleyball co-Most Valuable Player.
