Seven years ago when the incident happened involving RJ Barbers Pereña who was caught on video abusing a child. The video went viral online especially on different social media sites.
RJ was just 14 years old during the time when a video was recorded which caused online outrage. The victim was just 7 years old during those times. Finally the abuser, RJ Barbers Pereña apologized to his victim and to the families of the child.
Pereña surfaced and told ABS-CBN’s Bandila admitting his fault during that time.
