Jesse James ex-wife from his second marriage Janine Lindemulder was arrested due to harassment.
On July 25, 2011 when California court that heard the Jessy and Janine’s daughter custody case considers and gives Jesse sole custody for their daughter Sunny.
Two days later, Janine was arrested due to the complaint of harassment made by Jesse. According to the Law enforcement source that the 42-year old film producer/actress Janine was also been arrested for harassment back in January this year, the judge also ordered her not to harass or annoy her ex-husband Jesse upon her release.
Jesse claimed that Janine leave messages and call on his phone of more than 25 times as he count in these last few days more enough that the police was able to issue a warrant of arrest for Janine. But upon the interview made by E! News to Janine’s lawyer Richard Masson, he said that his client (Janine) only made that phone calls and messages to Jesse because she was not able to reach out her 6-year old daughter, Sunny. Regarding to this is the fact that the only communication between Janine and her daughter was a cell phone number which by any reason seems to be often off.
However, Jesse and his other children from his previous relationships were really pleased to judge’s decision regarding with the custody.
Janine must enter and have a serious rehab treatment to deal with her issues if she wants to get closed with her daughter, Jesse said.
