According to 2010 United Nations Population Fund report, Philippines ranked as 12th Most Populous Country in the World with an estimated population of 94 million compared to its 92 million last 2009. The report also said that the population may grow to 100 million in the span of 4 years.
China still topped the list and has the most population with 1.3 billion people. Among the top 5 country with huge population is India with the population of 1.2 billion, USA with the population of 311 million, Indonesia with the population 237 million and Brazil with the population of 190 million.
People who encourage Reproductive health bill states that the bill should be p(–foul word(s) removed–) to control the escalating population of the country. While according to Pro life, RH Bill is still not a solution instead use the increase in population in helping the economy.
Economists said that with the state of our country it will bring instability in the economy which will led to more poor families, illiteracy and unemployment.
So what will be the next step of the government in preventing the growth of population?
