Miguel Suarez performed one of Bamboo’s most popular hit song titled “Hallelujah” and caught the attentions of all three judges as he made it to the elite list of 3-chair-turners in the country’s most prominent singing competition for Kids on national TV, The Voice Kids Season 3.
The young artist from Antipolo City impressed the three judges and coaches of The Voice Kids PH namely Coach Bamboo, Coach Lea and Sharon Cuneta.
Coach Bamboo was so impressed with the performance of Miguel Suarez as he was quoted as saying “Thank you for choosing that song. It’s a song of hope, and it’s a big part of what I do and who I am,” Mañalac told Suarez.
Lea Salonga also tried to convince Suarez to join her team but before that she gave the young aspiring singer some words of encouragement “Napaka-exciting ng naging performance mo dito. It was very electrifying na talagang napakanta mo lahat ng audience dito. Kaming tatlo, sabay sabay kumakanta, kasabay mo.”
At the end of Suarez performance and the time when he was asked on who he wants to guide him on his journey, he eventually chose to be part of Kamp Kawayan of Coach Bamboo.
During the weekend episode of The Voice Kids Season 3, Coach Bamboo was able to recruit three new artists namely MiguelSuarez, Kenneth Bardinas and Agatha Cruz. Lea Salonga, on the other hand, recruited Joshua Oliveros, while Beatrice Mariel Ong became a part of Cuneta’s team.

“The Voice Kids,” which is hosted by Luis Manzano, Robi Domingo, and Kim Chiu, airs Saturdays after “Home Sweetie Home” and on Sundays after “Goin’ Bulilit.”
