McCoy de Leon is facing controversy in his breakup with Elisse Joson

Mary Joy Santiago is now accused of being the “kabit” of actor McCoy de Leon and the alleged reason for his breakup with actress Elisse Joson.

Before 2022 ended, rumors surfaced that McCoy and Elisse broke up. It is because netizens noticed the caption that the actor in his post and that they celebrated the holidays separately. They haven’t posted photos of them together for quite a while already.

Welcoming the new year, McCoy shared his open letter for his daughter Felize. In his post, it was revealed that he was not able to see and spend time with this daughter with Elisse. Later on, he confirmed his breakup with the actress.

However, the actor denied that there was a third party as other netizens believed. A sweet photo of McCoy de Leon and Mary Joy Santiago surfaced online. There was also an alleged screenshot of their conversation that circulated.

However, the actor denied that he is the one in the conversation. Apparently, Mary Joy received bashing because her name got involved in the breakup issue. In her Instagram story, she said that people should ask her instead of making assumptions about who she is and what she does.

She also said that people easily believe without knowing about other people and even without having a conversation with them. “You guys are on some childish type of sh** and I’m not here for it,” she said.

A screenshot of Mary Joy’s message also surfaced online. In the said message to an unnamed receiver, she stressed that she started talking to McCoy de Leon after his breakup with Elisse Joson.

In a recent Instagram Story, the rumored new girlfriend of McCoy also slammed a poser. A social media account used her name and photo that posted the initials of the actor, “MDL.”
