The three-team trade will see JR Reyes moving from Ginebra to San Miguel, while Justin Chua will be acquired by Barako Bull from San Miguel Beer.

The veteran Dorian Pena who is product of the now-defunct Metropolitan Basketball Association (MBA) has battled injuries during the past two seasons of the PBA but is expected to add more muscle and size to a Ginebra frontline that sorely needs an import stopper.

The 37-year-old Dorian Pena is now back in full health after playing in just two games during the Philippine Cup. JR Reyes on the other hand made an impressive 2014 season but has since fallen our of Ginebra’s main rotation during Jeff Cariaso’s reign as Ginebra coach.

JR Reyes is set to join the other big men of San Miguel Beer featuring Doug Kramer and June Mar Fajardo, aside from serving as a possible back up to their import and the reigning MVP Fajardo.
