The 17-year-old wakeboarder Daniel Ombao joined the team of Popstar Princess Sarah Geronimo after he sang UP Dharma Down’s “Tadhana” on the Sunday’s episode of “The Voice Of The Philippines Season 2.”

Daniel Ombao was surprised when the host, Luis Manzano personally gave him the red envelope, inviting him to the blind auditions. He also become emotional when his family visited him.
Daniel Ombao left his home in Bataan to pursue his singing career. He decided to join the singing contest to prove to his engineer father than he can make it to the music industry since his father wanted him also to become an engineer.
During the November 2, 2014 episode of the show, Sarah Geronimo said that his performance was “perfect.” “May puso e. Tamang-tama lang na power ng boses ang ginamit. Perfect e. Para sa akin perfect ka ngayong gabi,” she said.
Sarah Geronimo now has three members on her team, including the reggae singer and 4-chair turner Kokoi Baldo while, Bamboo Manalac’s team has three members: Tanya Diaz, Karlo Mojica and Kai Honasan.
ap.de.ap has also three members: Jannet Cadayo, Mark Cando and Bradley Holmes, while Lea Salonga has one member, Timmy Pavino.
“The Voice Of The Philippines Season 2,” which is also hosted by Toni Gonzaga, airs ever Saturday and Sunday on Kapamilya network’s Yes! weekend block.
