The Malacañang Palace announces the remaining holidays for the year 2014. Special non-working days and regular holidays were signed by the country’s top official President Benigno Aquino III under the Proclamation No. 655.

Only seven holidays are left from the month of November until December this year. There are three regular holidays and four special-non working days. December has 5 holidays and the month of November has two.
In November, there are only two holidays which includes All Saints Day and Bonifacio Day, in recognition to one of the country’s National Heroes Andres Bonifacio.
Malacañang Palace has declared December 24, 26 and 30 as special non-working days while December 25 or Christmas Day and December 30 or Rizal Day are both regular holidays.
In July, Malacañang Palace released also the list of official holidays for 2015 under the proclamation Proclamation No. 831.
Below is the list of remaining holidays in the Philippines for 2014:
November 1 (Saturday)—All Saints Day (Special non-working day)
November 30 (Sunday) — Bonifacio Day (Regular Holiday)
December 24 (Wednesday) — Additional special non-working day (Special non-working day)
December 25 (Thursday)—Christmas Day (Regular Holiday)
December 26 (Friday) — Additional special non-working day (Special non-working day)
December 30 (Tuesday)—Rizal Day (Regular Holiday)
December 31 (Wednesday) — Last day of the year (Special non-working day)
The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) reminded also the employers to observe the proper pay rules for the following holidays.
