The UAAP Cheerdance Competition is one of the most anticipated event in the his year’s UAAP competition featuring some of the famous Pep squad from the eight universities in various parts of Metro Manila. The National University Pep Squad dominated last year’s competition with their Egyptian-inspired theme, the squad is about to make a back-to-back win in the competition. We will be having our live coverage of the 2014 CDC, starting at around 3:00 PM.

During the year 2013, the National University Pep Squad won it’s first-ever titled in the competition besting cheer dance favorite UP Pep Squad and the UST Salinggawi Dance Troupe.
Since the start of the Cheerdance Competition in 1994, the UP Pep Squad and the UST Salinggawi Dance Troupe garnered the most number of gold medals with 8 titles each. In the over-all medal standings, the UP Pep Squad and the UST Dance Troupe had a total of 18 and 14 medals respectively.
