Antoine Dodson popularly known to perform the “Bed Intruder” was under arrest due to marijuana possession based on the information given by the officials in Alabama.
Most people have been familiar with the Bed Intruder as an internet sensation, for being a viral music video that opened Dodson a door for him to become a star.
With his tweets, one would be able to conclude that the 24-year-old celebrity was not disappointed about the current issue where he was involved with.
On Saturday afternoon, Dodson revealed through a tweet saying, “Let me be the first to tell it!!” So just got out of jail off a weak charge!!!,”
“Got pulled over in my Benz and they got me … I never been in jail except that time in grade school ” were the lines he told to the people.
Antoine Dodson used to carry an internet acronym to which a portion could mean “rolling on the … floor” laughing.
A website of Madison County Sheriff’s Office published a confirmation saying that Dodson who was famous for others as the performer of “Bed Intruder”, have been arrested for his possession of marijuana along with other four minor charges given on him on the early morning of Saturday.
Because of that, he was detained in county jail at around 2:30 a.m. but was released afterwards.
He gained popularity in “YouTube” following his appearance at a certain television news station concerning an incident happened in the apartment of his sister. His interview segment was later on produced into a music video that gradually hit more views.
Eventually, Dodson’s viral music video was spawned into numerous covers that include a version of acapella performed by a group of singers from a certain university.
In the 2010 BET Hip-Hop Awards last October, Dodson had performed the “Bed Intruder”.
