Kapamilya actor Paulo Avelino revealed his current relationship status amid the rumors linking him to Kapamilya actress Janine Gutierrez.

Previously, the world of showbiz knew that Paulo was in a relationship with Jodie Elizabeth Tarasek. However, the actor just seldom talks about their relationship. When Paulo did the series Marry Me, Marry You with Janine, rumors surfaced that they are getting closer.

PauNine fans are giddying over the fact that they have good chemistry onscreen. When asked about the real score between them, Paulo Avelino and Janine Gutierrez did not give any direct answer.

However, fans are anticipating that there is more than friendship between the two Kapamilya stars. Based on the article in Pilipino Star Ngayon, once again the rumored couple was asked about the real score between them as they were spotted in Palawan a few weeks ago.

They said that they were working on a project that they chose not to divulge. “Work muna, saka na ang love,” the actor said and Janine answered, “Sa US na lang daw.” When they were asked about their status, the actress said that they are at a “happy level” in their relationship.

“Hindi ko alam kong may dapat aminin dahil may kanya-kanya kaming trabaho. Tingnan natin kung kakausapin ako ni Janine, hindi niya ako kinakausap after Marry Me, Marry You,” the actor said.

Then, Paulo was asked about Jodie. He said, “single ako ngayon.” After this, the actor said in jest that he will bring Janine to New York to introduce her to his son Aki. “Ipakikilala ko talaga siya, diretso na, Aki nanay mo, joke lang,” Paulo Avelino jokingly said. Aki is the actor’s son with former partner Kapuso actress LJ Reyes.

Meanwhile, even though Paulo and Janine received intense questioning about the real score between them, they won’t really say anything about it.
