John Raspado has been named as the first-ever grand winner of “It’s Showtime” top-rating segment I Am Pogay following the top-trending grand finals held on Saturday, May 10, 2014.
The 33-year-old Baguio City native bested other 22 grand finalists during the segment’s finale which was telecast live on ABS-CBN. Aside from winning the prestigious competition, John Raspada was also named as Manly-looking “Bruskoday” Awardee.
Lani Misalucha, Richard Gomez, Binibining Pilipinas Universe 2014 MJ Lastimosa, Dra. Vicki Belo and “It’s Showtime” co-host Jhong Hilario seated as thejudges.
The Top Five finalists of I Am Pogay are John Raspado, Christian Laxamana, Oreo GajasanTon, Villaruel and Peter Sycris Brown.
John Raspado, the first-ever grand winner of I Am Pogay will bring home a total cash prize of P300,000. I Am Pogay is the latest segment of ABS-CBN top-rating variety show, “It’s Showtime” which debuted last January 18, 2014.
