Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra 5G runs on the Android 11 + MIUI 12.5 operating system. It comes in variants such as 256GB + 8GB RAM, 256GB + 12GB RAM, and 512GB + 12GB RAM.

Mi 11 Ultra 5G comes with a screen size of 6.81 inches AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels, 20:9 aspect ratio. The dimension of the phone is 164.3 x 74.6 x 8.4 mm and weighs 234 grams.
