The Realme 3i powered by a MediaTek MT6771 Helio P60 octa-core processor while the graphics processing unit (GPU) is Mali-G72 MP3. The smartphone runs on the Android 9.0 (Pie) upgradable to Android 10 + Realme UI.

Realme 3i is integrated with 3GB and 4GB of RAM while the internal storage has 32GB and 64GB options. The smartphone supports dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by).

The dimension of the smartphone is 156.1 x 75.6 x 8.3 mm and weighs 175 grams. It is built with a glass front (Gorilla Glass 3), plastic back, and a plastic frame. It comes in a 6.2” screen size and the display is IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen that gives 720 x 1520 pixels resolution.

The device is powered by a 4230 mAh Li-Po battery (non-removable). It is available in three colors: Diamond Black, Diamond Red, and Diamond Blue.
