Be Careful Movie Replaced by “Kaleidoscope World” as MMFF 2013 Entry

The Metro Manila Film Festival entry “Be Careful With My Heart” will be replaced by “Kaleidoscope World,” a dance musical pays tribute to OPM icon Francis Magalona. The announcement was made by MMDA chairperson Francis Tolentino on Wednesday.

The movie shares the same title with the “Master Rapper” Francis M’s hit song, the movie is set to complete the eight-film line-up of the 39th MMFF. The movie is produced by iACT Production.

The big screen musical play “Kaleidoscope World” will feature Sef Cadayona, Y(–foul word(s) removed–)i Pressman, Pia Pilapil, and Alma Concepcion. The movie will join the earlier announced entries such as: 10,000 Hurs; Golden Boy; Torky and My Little Bossing; Kimmy Dora: Ang Kiyement Prequel; Girl, Boy, Bakla, Tomboy; Pagpag; and San Pedro Calungsod: Batang Martir.

The movie, “Golden Boy,” directed by Chito Roño  is similarly an additional entry, as it replaced the Bong Revilla-starrer “My Super Kap,” after it was pulled out from the MMFF.
MMDA and MMFF chairman Francis Tolentino is positive that this year’s edition of the prestigious Metro Manila Film Festival will surp(–foul word(s) removed–) the previous box-office achievement of movie entries of MMFF.
