Accident In Nabas Town, Aklan Leaves Motorist Dead
ACCIDENT IN NABAS TOWN – An accident in the municipality of Nabas, Aklan province has left with a motorist killed.
According to Panay News, the motorist, identified as Marlon Martinez, a resident of Barangay Camanci Norte in the municipality of Numancia, Aklan, sustained head and body injuries, based on a police report.
Police investigators also reported that the mishap occurred in the morning on August 24 (Monday).
Martinez was navigating the road when his motorcycle clashed against a multicab that was driven against a multicab that was driven by Alexander Caballes aged, of Barangay Caticlan, Malay, Aklan.
It was still unclear as to what circumstances lead to the accident to occur. Martinez and Caballes were brought to the Malay Municipal Hospital Hospital, where the attending physician declared Martinez “dead on arrival,” based on the report.
Caballes was later transferred to a private hospital in Kalibo, Aklan.
Earlier, a certain tricycle driver in Boracay island was caught in a road accident due to face shield.

The driver said that he find it uncomfortable and blurry wearing the face shield while driving. He immediately asked for medical attention after the accident.
He was rushed to the nearest health center in the area by the Boracay Fire Rescue and Volunteers, Inc.
