Another reason to mourn for the family of Allan K
Eat Bulaga host Allan K mourns the death of his other sibling a month after his younger brother passed away.
The comedian-host shared a photo of their “bunso” on his Instagram account last May 13. He wrote this heartbreaking message: “The good Lord will take care of you in heaven. Rest well BUNSO. Your manong allan will always miss you. I love you so much. Ngayon pa lang namimiss na kita eh……bye for now. Regards to nanay and tatay in heaven….”
Allan did not divulge the details of his brother’s death. Many of his IG followers expressed sympathy to him as he was grieving.
Following that heartbreaking event, Allan faced another tragedy. He said goodbye to his comedy bars, Zirkoh and Klownz. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the new normal that comes along with it, he had to close them.
This bad news also saddened the stand-up comedians who have been making people laugh for so many years. Just recently, another sad event happened in the life of the EB Dabarkad.
Based on the article by entertainment columnist Jun Nardo in Philstar’s Pang-Masa, the older sister of Allan K passed away. Reportedly, his Manang Melba Quilanting died on Tuesday.
That same day, Allan reported back to Kapuso noontime show and was happily having banter with his co-hosts. According to Nardo, they did not asked further details on the death of Allan’s sister.

The columnist added that the comedian-host took his sister from Bacolod and became his assistant in running his comedy bar business.
