Bacolod City Accident Left With 2 Injured, Riders Identified As “Snatchers”
BACOLOD CITY – Two men were injured after getting hit by a motorcycle on Tuesday evening (February 4) in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.
According to ABS-CBN, the motorcycle who crashed the two victims were allegedly identified as snatchers or robbers.
Police investigations show that the suspects who are riding in tandem also victimized a woman riding on a jeep. The snatchers robbed a cellphone from the victim.
The suspects hurriedly fled away as fast as they could when they accidentally collided with the two men who just passed by.
As per the report, residents who responded to the incident helped the suspects and eventually realized that they were snatchers. The suspects are currently detained in the local city Police Station 8 and will face charges in relation to the incident.
