Sh** Really Happens, Sen. Bato Dela Rosa Said After Boss Ironman Accident
Sen. Bato Dela Rosa’s motorcycle crashes during the 2020 Boss Ironman Motorcycle Challenge held in Cagayan Valley.
Senator Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa is one of the participants of the 2020 BOSS (BMW Owners Society of Saferiders) Ironman Motorcycle Challenge but unfortunately cannot finish the endurance challenge as he crashes while he crosses a road in the Cagayan Valley.
Sen. Bato recently said to his Facebook post that his motorcycle crashed when he was traveling on the wet and slippery part of a road on the Sanchez Mira in the Cagayan Valley on January 18.
“S**t happens! And it really happened when I crashed along the wet and glossy asphalt road of Sanchez Mira, Cagayan Valley. I can no longer finish the 2020 BOSS Ironman Motorcycle Challenge supposedly this afternoon,” he said to his post.
Bato is currently recovering. Dela Rosa was injured in the arm injury after the crash. In his other post, the senator shared another picture of him on his last checkpoint before the accident.
Meanwhile, “s*** also happened” to another Boss Ironman contestant – Lt. Col. Heryl Bruno, chief of police in San Jose City, Nueva Ecija – when he collided with a tricycle near the public market in Barangay Baybayog, Alcala town, around 8 a.m.
The Boss Ironman 2020 held last Saturday is a 1,200-kilometer motorcycle endurance challenge that ended in San Fernando City, Pampanga.
