The controversial Robert Blair Carabuena is facing arrest for failing to appear at his arraignment based upon the report made by dzMM on Thursday, February 7, 2013.
The tobacco firm executive who made controversy after he was caught on video slapping a traffic enforcer was ordered to be arrested by Judge Juris Dilinila-Callanta of Quezon City Metropolitan Trial Court Branch 42.
Carabuena is under arraignment for direct (–foul word(s) removed–)ault of a person in authority. He was involved with the berating and slapping of MMDA traffic enforcer Saturnino Fabros last year.
Aside from the arrest order, the judge also ordered Carabuena’s bail raised to P24,000. His arraignment has been reset to March 7, 2013 at 8:00 AM.
