Movie entries for the 2010 MMFF already had their way to the theatre. Different kinds of plays had been evolved and continue. Most of its genres are of different; some are lengthy and some just have few set-ups to flaunt. What’s new? Well, it’s the RPG Metanoia…
RPG Metanoia is the first 3D CGI animation in the Philippines which is a sci-fi, action, drama, suspense, comedy and family-oriented. It was directed by Luis Suarez, who also directed the previous movie animations Urduja and Dayo last year 2008. According to him, the movie was inspired by his real-life nephew Nico, who spends a long period of time playing online games. His name was actually the same with the protagonist main character in the movie.
Celabrity Counterparts:

The movie was about a kid named Nico, who like many other gamers, are computer-obsessed. Nico’s life revolves around the games he plays—so much so that he misses a lot of what happens in his real world.
Nico always spend his time playing Metanoia, a MMORPG or M(–foul word(s) removed–)ively Multi-player Online Role-playing game; together with his friend Mark, Daniel, Bryan, Bobby, and May as his team.
In the later run, Nico transforms into his game avatar called Zero, a powerful vagabond traveler; soon after, Nico must face up to his enemies in the online game and in the real world.
The movie is very unpredictable, as how it was developed for about 5 years…
RPG Metanoia will surely give you its best because of its refined freshness. It’s nothing but Philippine pride!
