Government Employees Performance Based Bonus Requirements

All Philippine Government employees will experience a much better Christmas for 2012 as they will receive a performance based bonus.

Aside from the 13th-month pay bonus, government employees will expect another bonus before the year ends.

The Aquino administration will be rolling out the performance-based bonuses or PBB for outstanding employees should their respective department reach their targets.

The PBB will range from P5,000 to P35,000, depending on individual and collective performance.

Here’s the requirements:

  • Government employees will have to obtained at least 90 percent of Major Final Output (MFO) and Priority targets imposed by the Key Result Areas specified in Executive Order No. 43.
  • Achieve good governance conditions set by the inter-agency task force created by Administrative Order No. 25.
