The Philippine Azkals were all ready and determined to succeed on their next game today against powerhouse Vietnam. The Philippines was defeated with a 1-2 scorecard against the home team Thailand in a highly controversial match.
Azkals’ coach Hans Michael Weiss will not be manning the bench for the Azkals after he was suspended for one game when he incidentally threw the ball into a Thai player on the field.
The Azkals promised to give out their best against the team whom they defeated during the 2010 Suzuki Cup, the same team that was instrumental on their rise to stardom in Asia.
